Purpose of the data protection declaration

The operator of the baederkultur.ch website (hereinafter referred to as the "Bäderkultur website") is Bäderkultur. Data protection is important to Bäderkultur. Bäderkultur complies with the applicable data protection laws and regulations. Bäderkultur provides security measures to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of information and personal data. The user is aware that transmissions on the Internet are not secure. As soon as Bäderkultur has received the transmitted information, it secures it in its systems in an appropriate manner.

Rights of the user

The user can demand at any time that Bäderkultur sends him a copy of the personal data concerning him or informs him about the use of these data.
